THE WANDERER RETURNS!
David is now back home for a well deserved rest after walking 1 million steps home!
He had such a wonderful experience and has so many stories to tell, it will be a ‘watch this space’ for his updates.
A few of things he was eager to mention, apart from the wonderful people that gave him and Greg a bed for the night, was firstly how good it felt to have some people come and join him for part of his walk. Secondly how kind random motorists were on his last day by stopping their cars to throw money in the buckets…. and of course the overwhelming feeling of pride he had when he reached Hastings and Violet was there to meet him.
the money is still coming in but we are confident that we will comfortable reach our target 😊
